What is the best way for Landlords to enter/ format advert information to ensure the adverts displays appropriately?

What is the best way for Landlords to enter/ format advert information to ensure the adverts displays appropriately?

Best practice is to paste text into a plain text editor like notepad.exe and then copy it from there as it will remove all of the formatting whilst keeping new lines etc.
