Request from Student or Landlord to delete their account - suitable response
- Students have the ability to permanently delete
their account and all related data by clicking on the Unsubscribe button.
- Landlords do not have this facility. The decision
to delete the account lies with the university as they manage the site. This is
because if a landlord were to act improperly it may be in the university’s
interest to maintain that landlord’s records.
If you’re a landlord who wishes to permanently
delete your account and personal data you should contact the accommodation
office at the university in the first instance.
You can read about data
retention and requesting erasure of your personal data via the control site
under Resources > Privacy Policy.
