Administrators can easily move a property from one account on their control site to another account using the Transfer Property Tool.
To do this, first ensure the Transfer Property Tool has been enabled. Go to any property listing on your control site then Transfer Property should be an available menu option in the left-hand column, if you can't see the menu but you can see the below 'Menu' option with a left-pointing arrow, click on the the word 'Menu' and the left column menu will show:

If the Transfer Property option is available to you, you're ready to begin the process of transferring the property.
First, make a note of the landlord name and reference number for the account that the property is currently listed with and the landlord name and reference number for the account that you want to move the property to. Then navigate to the property you wish to transfer. If necessary use the guidance above to make sure you can see the Transfer Property option.
Once you're on the property page for the property you want to transfer, click the Transfer Property link and you will be taken to the Property Transfer Wizard:
In the Landlord field, enter the landlord reference number for the landlord account you want to move the property to. Then make sure you select Move and not Copy as ideally you only want the property to be on one account. Select 'Yes' for all of the following options to fully move (and not copy) all of the property details and content to the new account. When you've done that, click the 'Start Transfer' button at the bottom-right.
You will then be redirected to the property within the new account and the property transfer process is complete.
