How can I view deleted agents/ landlords?
Via the Agent/ Landlord Menu:
You can then click on an agent/landlord and view their deleted account, with the ability to view any issues or details previously held.
Please Note: If an Agent/Landlord deleted their own account, due to data protection this will not show in this list. It is only for Agents/Landlords you have removed.

Best practice is to paste text into a plain text editor like notepad.exe and then copy it from there as it will remove all of the formatting whilst keeping new lines etc.
